The Conran Shop

Offering a unique and personal blend of design classics and future icons, its innovative collections have inspired and excited visitors for generations. Showcasing a unique and personal blend of furniture, lighting, home accessories and gifts, from vintage to contemporary, its collections are brought together to inspire visually stimulating environments. Founded by Sir Terence Conran in 1974, The Conran Shop is forever changing and evolving, with good design always at its core. It aims to offer a truly unique and fantastic customer experience, through a hand-selected curation of design products that reflect the way we live. The Conran Shop’s roots are in London, where it was responsible for the revival of the historic Michelin House building on Fulham Road, Chelsea. It has since grown to become a leading luxury retailer, offering a covetable edit of furniture, lighting, home accessories and gifts from some of the most iconic and up-and-coming designers known the world over. Since the opening of The Conran Shop’s flagship store in Michelin House, it has been joined by locations in Marylebone Village and a concession in the iconic department store Selfridges. Sir Terence Conran played a monumental role in single-handedly rejuvenating the areas surrounding the stores at their time of opening: first the Brompton Cross Quarter, then Marylebone Village, which now both stand as aspirational districts in London. The Conran Shop currently has a family of ten stores across the world: three in London, one in Paris and six in Japan. It is dedicated to providing an unbeatable shopping experience with its carefully chosen products, plus inspirational editorial, expert interiors advice and unrivalled personal services.
